COVID-19 Updates at Five Seasuns

Our small, five guest room bed and breakfast is the perfect escape for a break from so much time at home during the pandemic. With so much natural beauty here, you can get outside and relax as you enjoy the beautiful Olympic National Park and local area.

Please note that a statewide order is still in place in Washington that requires people to wear cloth face masks indoors in public areas and outdoors in public areas when 6 feet of physical distancing can’t be maintained.

We want to reassure you that the health and safety of our guests and staff is our number 1 priority, and we continue to maintain a number of policies in response to COVID 19 as follows:

Cleaning:

We continue to follow CDC protocols for sanitation and cleaning with additional attention to disinfecting door knobs, light switches, and all hard surfaces frequently. We are also proud to have been designated a AAA ‘Best of Housekeeping’ property, which means that housekeeping at the Five Seasuns significantly surpassed expectations, as measured during the AAA on-site inspections.

For 2-3-night stays, we will not refresh rooms, but we will provide fresh towels and other amenities as needed. For longer stays, we will offer cleaning, linen changes, and supplement amenities.

We will drop off freshly baked homemade cookies to guest rooms every afternoon. If you would not like this service, please let us know.

Check in:

During our regular check in hours between 4:00 and 7:00 PM, we invite guests to take advantage of self check-in and check-out to encourage physical distancing practices. If you would like, simply give us a call from your car, and we will provide a door entry code. If you ring the front door doorbell, please wear a facemask, and we will greet you from a distance. We will continue to maintain 6 feet of distance as we offer you a tour of the bed and breakfast.

Breakfast:

As of 1/11/21, we are following Clallam County requirements for Phase 1. This means that we have temporarily suspended inside dining. We are still serving a 3-course breakfast as a to-go option between 7:30 and 9:30.

Once we again move into phase II, we will offer breakfast between 7:30 and 9:30. When you check in, we will ask you to select a breakfast time so that we can schedule staggered private breakfast seatings in one of two locations – our main dining room or our living room. We also offer a “to-go” breakfast option if you prefer instead of a sit-down breakfast.

Payment:

During your stay, we will collect the balance due on your stay using the credit card on file and send you an email receipt for a contactless check out. Should you need to use a different credit card than the one on file, please let us know when you check in.

Check-Out:

Simply leave your room key on a counter top in your room so that we may sanitize it. Caroline will send you off with an appreciative goodbye and hope to see you again soon.
