Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is 14 days in advance of arrival. If it is necessary to cancel within the 14 day period and we cannot rebook the room, the first night deposit would be forfeited.
If the reservation is cancelled outside the 14 day window, the first night deposit will be refunded less a $15.00 cancellation fee for processing.
