Our Room Rates are as follows:

	Summer Rates: $129-$165
	Winter Rates: $115-$150 (Oct. 15 to May 1)
	Extra Person Rate: $20 per person

Children 12 and over welcome based on availability. No pets.. A Non-Smoking Inn.

Cancellation policy is 14 days in advance of arrival for refund of advance deposit less $5.00 for processing fee
