This little fellow is a fall favorite with our guests. When the fall harvest of pears is just right, Bob’s pear partridges join us for breakfast nested on a fresh baked scone and surrounded with fruit and nuts and topped off with a light cinnamon sauce.
A special treat—the question is where to start ...
Angel Wings—yes, the eggs are as light and fluffy as they sound. Served on one of Bob’s fresh baked croissants (you can smell then baking in the kitchen when you wake in the morning) on a bed of fresh baby spinach and blanketed with a delightful rosemary Béarnaise sauce.
Our guests tell us they can hike all day on breakfast. Oh, and don’t forget there are always extra croissants to enjoy with cherry preserves.
This is the breakfast our guests always remember. Dutch Babies!
Baked to golden perfection and served with fresh seasonal fruits like strawberries in summer and Dixie fried apples in the fall, this one speaks for itself. The only thing left to say is—Enjoy!
